Tenant Occupancy Procedures: Collect security deposit up to 1 1/2 times the monthly rent. Prepare legal lease, addendum and all other appropriate documents. Photograph your property's interior and exterior prior to tenants occupancy. Develop a written report of the condition of your property prior to tenant's occupancy.
